Works on paper, 2009 - 2017
Saunders' studio practice from 2009 - 2017 was underpinned by working on paper, at a variety of scales, exploring a variety of motifs. The larger scale works featured here were a later development of his drawing practice, utilising a cartoon style to reflect on artistic ambition and the rituals of the studio.
